Counselor

You will be joining Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity (MAAC) as a full-time Counselor based in Faridabad, India. Your primary responsibility will be to offer guidance and counseling to students enrolled in various courses such as 3D Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, Multimedia, and other creative disciplines. Your tasks will include evaluating students" requirements, providing career advice, arranging workshops, and supporting them in securing placement opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in career counseling or academic advising would be beneficial. A sound understanding of the Media & Entertainment industry is essential, along with the capability to offer insights on industry trends and prospects. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage the varied responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with 3D Animation, Visual Effects, or related fields is preferred. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Any prior experience in a similar role would be considered advantageous.
