Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and applying to study abroad programs. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students' academic backgrounds, assisting with application procedures, providing visa guidance, and offering support throughout the admission process. The Counselor will also liaise with educational institutions and maintain updated information about study abroad opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in counseling, preferably in the education sector
• Knowledge of international education systems and application processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and use of CRM systems
