Providing counseling and basic information to students over the phone regarding suitable programs. Raising awareness and attracting the target audience to the University for admissions. Making fresh calls, conducting follow-ups, and providing feedback on the provided database. Counseling prospects and converting inquiries into admissions. Understanding students' issues on campus and providing counseling to resolve these problems.
