We are looking for a FEMALE Counselor / Tele caller for Immigration with excellent Communication Skills for our office.

Responsibilities:-

• Answering phone calls: Answering and forwarding phone calls, and taking messages.
• Maintaining records of all registered students, including their visa status, etc.
• Making fresh calls, conducting follow-ups, and providing feedback on the provided database.
• Counseling prospects and converting inquiries into admissions.
• Experience in Student Visa processing is required.
• Providing counseling and basic information to students over the phone regarding suitable programs.

Skills

• Time management: Prioritizing tasks and completing projects on time.
• Computer skills: Basic understanding of computer programs like Microsoft Office, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
