Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, located in Patna. The Counselor will engage with prospective candidates to guide and provide advice on educational programs and career paths. The role involves understanding individual aspirations, addressing queries, and offering personalized support to ensure successful enrollment and completion of training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication records, monitoring participants’ progress, and coordinating with trainers and administrative staff for optimal outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to effectively engage with diverse group audiences.
• Ability to understand and assess individual needs to provide tailored guidance and support.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage candidates' enrollment, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities to address participants' concerns.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in a counseling or advisory role within the education or vocational training sector is beneficial.
• Familiarity with local demographics and the ability to work with diverse communities is advantageous.
