Role Description

We are looking for a target-oriented, sales-driven Student Admission Counselor with in-depth knowledge of international education systems, specifically for the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, Italy and the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving conversions by effectively counseling students, promoting study abroad options, and managing end-to-end client engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell study visa and immigration services to prospective students and parents. 
  •  Provide professional consultation and visa guidance through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  •  Understand and explain country-specific visa processes, documentation, and education pathways for the UK, Canada, Australia, and the USA. 
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
  • Follow up rigorously on new leads, referrals, and walk-ins, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Address client concerns, build strong rapport, and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing students.
  • Stay updated on admission criteria, visa regulations, scholarships, and education policies in key destination countries.


Required Skills and Attributes

  • Proven track record in sales or target-based counseling roles within the education or visa consultancy industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of study abroad processes across multiple countries (UK, Canada, Australia, USA).
  •  Strong communication skills in English and the local language, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
