About Skilluence LLC Skilluence LLC is a US-based IT consulting and services company providing technology solutions, staffing, and recruitment services to clients across the United States. Our Rajkot branch focuses on international recruitment, career consulting, and candidate onboarding for the US job market. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives/Career Advisors who can communicate effectively with US-based candidates, explain available job opportunities, and help them enroll in our career services. As a Career Advisor / Sales Executive, you will connect with professionals based in the United States, understand their career goals, and guide them through available opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn for candidate engagement and networking. Key Responsibilities • Reach out to US-based candidates via calls, LinkedIn, and email to explain job openings and opportunities. • Guide candidates about the US job market, available roles, and potential career paths. • Present and promote Skilluence’s career advisory and recruitment services to candidates. • Achieve monthly enrolment/sales targets and earn a 10% incentive on successful sales. • Maintain lead databases, follow-up sheets, and daily activity records in Excel or CRM tools. • Use LinkedIn professionally and strategically for sourcing, networking, and lead generation. • Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate placement and follow-ups.
