🔹 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Lead Conversion – Reach out to potential students and convert leads into enrollments.

🎓 Academic Counseling – Understand learners’ needs, give product demos, and provide counseling.

💬 Sales Pitching – Communicate course structure, benefits, and outcomes effectively.

🎯 Target Achievement – Meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

🧾 CRM Management – Track and manage all leads, follow-ups, and closures.

🤝 Customer Relationship – Build long-term trust with students and parents.

📝 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA is a plus.

✅ 0–3 years in EdTech sales or counseling.

✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

✅ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
