Role Summary

We’re hiring Counsellor & Outreach Associates who are confident, target-driven, and passionate about student success. You will play a key role in generating leads, booking counseling sessions, and supporting the admissions journey for high school and postgraduate (PG) aspirants.

This is a performance-based, hybrid opportunity with clear weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Support

• Conduct structured one-on-one counseling sessions with high school students and parents.
• Engage with high school aspirants to pitch relevant services and programs.
• Make 50-60 outbound calls per day to students, parents, and school/college representatives.Guide students on subject selection, career pathways, and global admission strategies.
• Track student progress across academic, extracurricular, and admissions goals.
• Support in identifying suitable programs, competitions, and summer opportunities.

School Outreach & Relationship Management

• Build and manage relationships with school principals, counselors, and educators.
• Coordinate career sessions, webinars, fairs, and outreach events across NCR.
• Handle communication, scheduling, and follow-ups with schools.
• Drive outreach for webinars, fairs, and profile-building programs.
• Maintain and update lead status and call outcomes using Excel or internal trackers.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain student and school databases via Excel or CRM tools.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on counseling sessions and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal team for planning, calendar management, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in telesales, counseling, or education outreach.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email tools.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Strong commitment to achieving daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setup.
