Handle walk-in inquiries and provide comprehensive information about available IT and professional development courses Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students to ensure high satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate and updated student records, counseling reports, and enrollment data. Follow up on leads to boost enrollments. Develop student-focused counseling programs. Required: 6 months to 1 year of experience in academic or career counseling, preferably in the education or training sector. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
