Counsellor - Inside Sales

Role Overview: As an SSAO (Student Sales and Admission Officer), you will play a crucial role in contributing towards revenue generation by selling, up-selling, and cross-selling the company's exclusive range of educational courses to existing and prospective students and parents. Your responsibilities also include ensuring the collection of outstanding fees, managing administrative activities for a smooth student journey, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with internal processes. Key Responsibilities: - Work towards achieving sales targets through personal counseling, telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels - Collect outstanding fees from parents within the specified time - Manage administrative activities to ensure a smooth student journey at Aakash Institute - Develop strong relationships with students and parents to address their concerns and provide quick resolutions - Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations Qualifications Required: - Ability to handle students and parents in a calm, empathetic, and patient manner - Strong sales persuasion skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email writing, and working with sales and services software - Fluency in English and Regional language communication Note: This is a full-time position with in-person work location.
