Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Counsellor cum Telecaller. The role involves counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, providing course information, and assisting them in the admission process. Additionally, the role includes making outbound calls, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve enrollment targets.

• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities
• Proficiency in handling telecalling duties
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of motivation and a results-oriented attitude
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
