Job Title: Counsellor cum Tele caller

1) Brief about the Position / Responsibilities:

The Counsellor cum Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about our courses/services, counselling potential students/clients, and converting leads into enrolments. The role involves understanding customer needs and guiding them toward the most suitable offerings.

2) Job Description:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and convert inquiries into walk-ins or registrations.
• Counsel students/clients on available courses, programs, and services offered.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Assist walk-in clients and address their queries.
• Achieve monthly targets for conversions and follow-ups.
• Provide support during marketing and promotional activities.

3) Reporting and Team:

• Reporting To: Centre Manager
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams.

4) Work Location, Language Spoken:

• Location: [Noida]
• Languages Required: Proficiency in English and [Add Local Language, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, etc.]

5) Skill Set:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach

6) Grade :

• Grade: Entry-Level / Mid-Level (as applicable)

7) Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 0–2 years in Tele calling / Counselling / Customer Service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
