Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Counsellor. As a Counsellor, your day-to-day tasks will include providing personalized guidance to students and professionals seeking online education. You will assist individuals in comparing universities, understanding course details, and applying for internships and job opportunities. Additionally, you will support students through video and audio calls to help them find their best-fit online universities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for personalized guidance Ability to conduct detailed university and program comparisons Experience with educational advisory or counselling services Knowledgeable about UGC-recognized online universities and Ed-Tech platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment Proficiency with video and audio call platforms Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Prior experience in the educational sector is advantageous ``` Show more Show less
