Role & responsibilities

Telecallers / Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

For Telecaller Role:

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates or clients to promote training and placement programs.
Explain course details, job opportunities, and company services clearly and confidently.
Handle inbound queries and maintain records of all interactions.
Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate with the counseling or recruitment team.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while achieving daily call targets.

For Recruiter Role:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
Maintain candidate records and track hiring progress.
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and placement partners.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Marathi & Hindi preferred).
Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and meet daily/weekly targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional approach to work.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
