Job Description

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for healthcare COTS and RCM applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to EHR and RCM workflows, claims processing, billing, payments, and patient information modules.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors for incident resolution, service requests, patches, and upgrades.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose preventive measures.
Support interface integrations (HL7, FHIR, API-based data exchange) with upstream and downstream systems. Manage configuration changes, user setups, and application-level access.
Document SOPs, support workflows, KT documents, and maintain ticket logs.
Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as development, infrastructure, network, and business operations.
Support ongoing enhancements, releases, and testing (UAT, regression testing).
Provide on-call support based on rotational schedules.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in COTS application support in a healthcare environment.
Understanding of EHR systems (Cerner, Epic, Meditech, Allscripts, or similar) any experience is acceptable.
Good knowledge of RCM modules eligibility, claims, billing, AR, denials, payments.
Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards, healthcare integration concepts. Experience in SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue diagnosis. Working knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, application logs, and monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and client interaction abilities.
