Job Title: Cost Estimator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from AutoCAD drawings or site measurements.

• Calculate furniture costing using standard square-foot rates based on actual site measurements.

• Prepare detailed quotations for clients using MS Word and Excel.

• Ensure accuracy in all cost estimations and maintain proper documentation.

• Coordinate with design and site teams for clarification of project details.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word & Excel).

• Strong understanding of cost estimation and quantity take-off.

• Ability to work with standard sqft rate calculations for furniture and interior works.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
