Cost Estimator

As a Cost Estimator at our company, your role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project requirements. You should have a strong knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from AutoCAD drawings or site measurements. - Calculate furniture costing using standard square-foot rates based on actual site measurements. - Prepare detailed quotations for clients using MS Word and Excel. - Ensure accuracy in all cost estimations and maintain proper documentation. - Coordinate with design and site teams for clarification of project details. Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word & Excel). - Strong understanding of cost estimation and quantity take-off. - Ability to work with standard sqft rate calculations for furniture and interior works. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Good communication and organizational skills.
