Job Description

The Controller is responsible for maintaining effective control over all F&B costs, rooms revenue, and stores operations. The role ensures accurate accounting of consumption, revenue integrity, and cost optimization across hotel operations

Required Candidate profile

Strong knowledge of hotel cost control and revenue audit procedures.Hands-on experience with hotel systems (IDS / Opera / Material Control / POS).Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
