Job Description

( Candidate preferred from aerospace manufacturing company & immediate Joiners)- Work Location: Peenya Industrial area

Prepare detailed cost estimates for aerospace parts, assemblies, and projects based on drawings, specifications, and customer RFQs.
Analyze manufacturing processes including CNC machining, sheet metal, fabrication, composites, special processes, and assembly.
Evaluate material costs, bought-out items, tooling, fixtures, gauges, and testing requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams for accurate cost inputs.
Support make-or-buy analysis and supplier cost evaluation.
Estimate cycle time, manpower, machine hours, and overhead costs.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and value engineering proposals.
Prepare cost breakdown sheets (CBS) and support commercial negotiations.
Participate in tendering, bidding, and contract review processes.
Maintain historical cost databases and lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace customer requirements.
Support project cost tracking and variance analysis post-award.
