💼 Key Responsibilities:

1.      Act as a bridge between bureaucratic reality and organizational integrity.

2.      Analyze and “therapize” corruption-related processes, behaviors, and systems.

3.      Facilitate direct, transparent discussions with departments and stakeholders.

4.      Support leadership teams in navigating governance and compliance challenges.

5.      Contribute to audits, ethical governance frameworks, and policy interventions.

6.      Help in “fixing” — not tenders, but the system that allows fixing to thrive.

🧩 Ideal Background:

1.      Deep understanding of government systems, procurement, and public policy.

2.      Prior engagement with bureaucrats, politicians, or governance networks.

3.      First-hand knowledge of how corruption operates — and how to reform it.

4.      Experience in government affairs, compliance, or investigative consultancy.
