Corporate Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage all travel requirements of UAE-based corporate clients with a high level of professionalism.
• Manage complete overseas travel packages including flights, hotels, visas, and related travel arrangements.
• Work with GDS platforms such as

  Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre

  for reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, fare checks, and cancellations.
• Coordinate and communicate with airlines, suppliers, hotels, and UAE front-end teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Prepare customized quotations, itineraries, travel proposals, and documentation for corporate clients.
• Handle the entire reservation and ticketing process for international corporate travel.
• Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate client information, follow-ups, status updates, and report generation.
• Ensure timely communication, query resolution, and excellent client service throughout the travel process.
• Work in rotational shifts and be available for coordination aligned with UAE business hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with

  25 years of experience

  as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in international travel operations.
• Strong experience in handling corporate clients and managing complete international travel packages.
• Mandatory proficiency in

  GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

  with hands-on experience in reservations and ticketing.
• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage CRM tools efficiently (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or internal systems).
• Strong knowledge of corporate travel processes, documentation, and workflow management.
• High level of professionalism, communication skills, and client-handling ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in flexible / rotational shifts as per UAE business requirements.
