Corporate Training Business Leader

As the Vice President Corporate Training Business Leader at NIIT, you will be responsible for driving the growth of corporate training initiatives in China. Your role will involve developing strategic plans, identifying new market opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key customers. Reporting directly to the China Business Head, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers, create partnerships, and drive revenue generation within the China market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and grow the corporate training business in China. - Identify new market opportunities and build robust pipelines to achieve annual revenue targets. - Incubate innovative training solutions to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to sustain and expand revenue streams. - Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Business Development Managers. - Create an ecosystem of suppliers and trainers to deliver high-quality training programs. - Establish OEM partnerships to enhance program offerings and market reach. - Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. - Act as a proactive sales professional to maximize revenue opportunities within the China market. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of business development experience in the corporate training or IT training industry. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth in China & Southeast Asia markets. - Prior exposure to the China market is highly desirable. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a results-oriented approach. - Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is required. - Proficiency or exposure to Mandarin is highly preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.,
