Corporate Trainer

As a Corporate Trainer at Kalamandir Jewellers, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging training sessions for staff across all branches. Your role is crucial in enhancing employees" skills, knowledge, and performance to align with the company's operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions for new and existing staff members at all branches. - Design, update, and improve training materials and programs based on business needs. - Identify training requirements by collaborating with department heads and analyzing performance trends. - Utilize various instructional techniques like presentations, workshops, and role-plays for impactful sessions. - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance results. - Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. - Serve as the point of contact for training-related queries and provide support. - Ensure consistency in training delivery across multiple locations and departments. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven skills in Training and Development. - Strong Communication and Presentation abilities. - Demonstrated Leadership and Team Management capabilities. - Ability to travel and work on-site at all branches as needed. - Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach. - Prior experience in the retail or jewellery sector is a plus.
