About the Role

We’re seeking a professionally qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from a PCS firm, to manage a full spectrum of corporate secretarial and compliance responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone comfortable handling ROC filings, board meeting processes, and governance routines, while contributing in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ROC and MCA compliance filings and documentation
• Prepare agendas, notices, and working papers for Board and General meetings
• Maintain statutory registers, secretarial files, and corporate governance records
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, and other regulatory frameworks
• Assist with audits, due diligence, and statutory reporting
• Collaborate with senior management and coordinate across teams for compliance escalations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a PCS firm
• Proficiency in ROC/MCA compliance, corporate governance, and Company Law
• Systematic, attentive to detail, with strong written and oral communication skills
• Capable of working independently, meeting deadlines, and coordinating board functions
