Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, current market trends, and economic factors affecting business performance.
Sales Management: Oversee the overall sales function of the restaurant group, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Support to General Manager: Provide professional support to the General Manager to maximize revenue opportunities.
Customer Service: Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Research and Follow-up: Conduct thorough research and follow up on potential leads and market developments.
Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective clients, including telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations that reflect the brand's image.
Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop new marketing strategies, products, and services to maximize revenue based on research insights.
