Corporate Sales - People Solutions - Mid & Senior Level

You will be responsible for leading the Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa) at Lockton. Your main objective will be to drive business growth by acquiring large and mid-sized corporate clients while overseeing a high-performance sales team. It is essential to have a strong understanding of group insurance products (Health, Life, GPA) and excel in solution-based selling within a highly competitive market. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking, focusing on new client acquisition by prospecting and securing mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services. Additionally, you will be leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West region to drive performance and market penetration. Collaboration with internal teams such as Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting will be crucial to ensure a seamless client experience. To excel in this role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional leadership position. A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Insurance, or related fields is required, with III/IRDA certifications being preferred. Key skills for this role include a deep understanding of group insurance products, strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities, leadership skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
