Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the BFSI sector.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in b2b sales or field sales within the BFSI industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales principles, including account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
