Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential corporate clients across sectors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets in the region.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (CXOs, procurement heads etc.).
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and close sales effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 yrs into B2B product sales is mandatory.

  • Age criteria: Candidates within 40 yrs of age preferably.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
