About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executive with prior experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation techniques (LinkedIn, email campaigns, freelancing platforms, etc.) 2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets 3. Handle outbound and inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads 4. Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions 5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations 6. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports 7. Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with company services 8. Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain post-sales relationships 9. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client needs Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field 2. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating leads 5. Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, etc. 6. Familiarity with IT services such as web/mobile development, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions 7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualities: 1. High level of motivation, confidence, and result-oriented mindset 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 3.
