Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate & Retail Sales - EB & Non - EB / Commercial Lines at Garuda Insurance Broker Private Limited, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing corporate sales and business development activities related to employee benefits (EB) and non-employee benefits (Non-EB) commercial lines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include account management, strategy development, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales Management, and Sales
• Experience in Business Development and Negotiation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• A proven track record of successful client relationship management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

• Must have prior experience in Insurance Industry i.e. Insurance Broker / Insurance Company
• 2+ years of experience
