Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate & Retail Sales - EB & Non - EB / Commercial Lines at Garuda Insurance Broker Private Limited, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing corporate sales and business development activities related to employee benefits (EB) and non-employee benefits (Non-EB) commercial lines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include account management, strategy development, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales Management, and Sales Experience in Business Development and Negotiation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure A proven track record of successful client relationship management Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Experience Must have prior experience in Insurance Industry i.e. Insurance Broker / Insurance Company 2+ years of experience Positions Manager / Senior Manager / General Manager / AVP / VP Location Gurgaon
