As a Store/Retail/Counter Manager, your role will involve leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates - Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers - Strategically target customers and organize impactful in-store events - Manage customer relationships effectively - Ensure high performance from your team Qualifications Required: - Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics - Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service - Experience in business planning, setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling - Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation - Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets - Experience in creating and executing in-store events - Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events - Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office This role offers you the opportunity to be the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, with accountability for strategic business planning, customer recruitment and retention, and team leadership.
