Role: Corporate Relations & Placement Manager
Location: Indore (On-site, full-time)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

IOTA Academy is a leading IT training and placement institute in Indore, offering courses in Data Analytics, Data Science, Web Development, AI, and Machine Learning. We are looking for a Corporate Relations & Placement Manager to strengthen our employer network and drive student placements.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with IT companies, startups, and corporates for student placements.
• Organize placement drives, interviews, and hiring events.
• Match student profiles with job openings and ensure smooth hiring.
• Oversee resume reviews, mock interviews, and student readiness.
• Maintain placement tracker and share weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or campus placements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with Google Sheets/LinkedIn.
