We are now expanding our presence in the community and looking for a driven and dynamic Corporate Relations & Outreach Executive to join our growth journey!

Corporate Relations & Outreach Executive


  • Be the

    face of our school

    to corporate offices, HRs, and residential societies.
  • Build tie-ups that position our preschool as the preferred choice for working parents.
  • Travel across various sectors in the vicinity to build visibility, connections, and opportunities.
  • Bring energy, ideas, and initiative to everything you do—from meetings to marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities


Corporate Tie-Ups


  • Identify and connect with HR teams, corporate CSR teams, and admin departments of companies in Gurgaon
  • Propose partnership programs, parenting sessions, daycare collaborations
  • Schedule and attend corporate meetings to promote preschool admissions


Society Marketing & Events


  • Map nearby societies and condominiums
  • Plan events, workshops, or marketing activities in gated societies
  • Build rapport with society management committees


On-Ground & Digital Promotions


  • Assist in executing school events, open house sessions, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for content and collaterals
  • Lead Management
  • Track outreach efforts and report results on leads and admissions generated


Ideal Candidate


  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Ability to confidently meet new people and build partnerships
  • Familiarity with Gurgaon geography is a must
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
