Corporate Relations Manager - Placements

The responsibilities for this role include: - Managing leads provided, understanding client needs, and offering customized solutions for hiring Crio learners. - Developing and expanding the pipeline by identifying new opportunities with tech startups, enterprises, and GCCs. Proactively engaging with key stakeholders such as CTOs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers. - Engaging with clients to build strong relationships, comprehend their talent requirements, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions. - Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications, managing expectations throughout the recruitment process. - Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and target industries where Crio's talent pool is highly sought after. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Outcomes, Marketing, and Career Services to enhance outreach strategies and elevate client engagement. - Tracking and analyzing key metrics like lead generation, client conversion, and placement success to support data-driven decision-making. The qualifications for this position are: - Minimum of 2 years of B2B business development experience, preferably in the tech industry or recruitment solutions. Experience in staffing and recruiting firms is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory. Key skills required: - In-depth knowledge of the recruitment and tech hiring landscape. - Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders. - Capability to work autonomously and generate your own pipeline. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and tools for lead tracking and reporting. - Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.,
