What You’ll Do:

• Track and interpret regulatory changes at central/state levels affecting open access, group captive, third-party sales, and energy trading for C&I customers
• Liaise with SERCs, CERC, MNRE, DISCOMs, SLDCs, and associations for regulatory approvals and project clearances
• Advise teams and C&I clients on regulatory compliance, contracting, RPO/REC norms, green tariffs, and surcharges
• Lead open access applications, petitions, filings, and responses on tariff, banking, wheeling, and exemptions
• Conduct due diligence and provide commercial support for multi-state C&I renewable projects
• Handle

  regulatory aspects of project execution

  , ensuring alignment with compliance and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Draft submissions, consultation responses, and customer-facing briefs
• Build strong relationships with regulatory officials and represent the company in industry forums
• Maintain audit-ready compliance records and internal reporting

What We Want:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Energy, Law, or related field
• 5–10 years’ regulatory affairs experience, ideally with C&I or offsite renewables across multiple states
• Strong knowledge of open access, group captive structures, and C&I renewable frameworks
• Proven experience in

  project handling and coordination

  involving regulatory processes and multi-stakeholder engagement
• Experience with CERC/SERC processes, tariff regulation, RPO/REC, and state electricity codes
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
