As a Corporate Litigation Lawyer at Boston Institute of Analytics, you will be responsible for handling complex civil litigation, recovery suits, defamation claims, injunctions, and contract disputes. Your expertise in courtroom proceedings and procedural law will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal advice and hands-on litigation support across various forums. Your contributions will directly impact corporate risk management and dispute resolution strategies in sectors like education, media, and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end civil litigation, including recovery suits, defamation claims, and contractual disputes. - Draft and finalize all pleadings, such as plaints, written statements, replies, affidavits, and interim relief applications. - Conduct legal research on civil procedure, contract law, and case precedents. - Represent the organization in civil courts, high courts, NCLT, consumer forums, and quasi-judicial bodies. - Provide legal advice on civil liabilities, litigation risks, and preemptive strategies. **Qualifications & Skills:** - LL.B. degree from a recognized law school; LL.M. is a strong plus. - Licensed to practice law in India (Sanad mandatory). - 5-15 years of proven litigation experience, particularly in civil suits and recovery cases. - Strong drafting skills and courtroom presence, proficient in legal research platforms. - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong organizational abilities.
