Job Title:

Role & responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Offer specialized legal advisory services in tax and labor law, ensuring comprehensive solutions for our clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to protect the interests of clients.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant local, state, and federal laws, including cross-border legal regulations.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, and negotiations, where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate business operations and legal compliance.
• Stay updated on evolving corporate, tax, and labor laws to ensure that clients receive cutting-edge legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs.
• Expertise in corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages (Hindi and Tamil preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Korean companies in India.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic legal advice.
