Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic partnership: Partner with senior management to translate business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
Talent management: Oversee and provide consultation on talent acquisition, performance management
Employee relations: Advise leaders on employee relations, handle complex grievances, and manage investigations to minimize legal risk.
HR analytics and reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights to leadership, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
HR operations and compliance: Ensure HR policies and programs comply with labor laws and regulations, and support HR operations as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes.
Expertise in various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data management
