Job Description

As an experienced HR professional with 9 to 12 years of experience, your role will involve working closely with the Director of HR to align HR initiatives with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic HR Partnership:** Collaborate with the Director of HR to ensure that HR initiatives are in line with the overall business strategy. - **HR MIS & Analytics:** Maintain and analyze HR dashboards and reports to make data-driven decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning. - **Training & Development:** Conduct training needs analysis, design and implement learning programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and focus on leadership development and onboarding. - **Talent Management:** Assist in succession planning, career pathing, and identifying high-potential employees in collaboration with managers. - **Employee Relations & Engagement:** Resolve complex employee issues, foster a positive work culture, and drive engagement surveys and action planning. - **Compliance & Risk:** Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, as well as support audits and policy updates. - **Change Management:** Lead HR efforts during organizational changes such as restructuring or tech adoption. - **HR Operations Support:** Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment) for seamless execution of HR processes. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and MS Office skills, and be willing to travel to all plant locations as needed.,
