HWS Vacancy : Corporate HR Head Experience : 18-20 Years Qualification : MBA (HR) or Equivalent educational qualifications Interested candidates can email resume at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com Location : Ludhiana Responsibilities: Handling all HR related activities Developing and Implementing HR Strategies: Creation and implementation of HR plans and policies that support the company's strategic objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development. Building and Leading the HR Team: Build HR team and guide them for effective delivery of HR programs and initiatives. Managing Employee Relations: Addresses employee concerns, resolves disputes, and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment. Overseeing HR Functions: Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to align HR practices with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Data and Analytics: Use HR data and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget. Organizational Development: Contribute to the company's organizational development efforts by fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Change Management: Support the company's change initiatives by ensuring that HR policies and practices are aligned with the new direction. Skills Required : Strong Leadership Skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations, Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills, Data Analysis Skills
