Role Overview

Corporate Gifting Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own corporate gifting and institutional sales across the North region
• Build and manage relationships with corporate HR, admin, procurement, and leadership teams
• Drive new business acquisition along with managing existing accounts
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Plan and execute festive, bulk, and customized gifting campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, customization, and timely deliveries
• Achieve regional sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Travel across North India for client meetings as required

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience

  in corporate gifting, institutional sales, or B2B sales
• Proven experience handling North India markets
• Strong corporate network across Delhi / NCR and other North Indian cities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid setup
