Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Vision:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the hotel, aligning with corporate goals and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management:Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel, including budgeting, revenue management, cost control, profit and loss statements, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • Operational Excellence:Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales, upholding corporate standards for service quality.
  • Leadership and Team Development:Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive work culture and promoting career development.
  • Guest Experience:Prioritize guest satisfaction by actively monitoring feedback, resolving complaints promptly, and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure adherence to all corporate policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Relationship Management:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, corporate management, vendors, and local community leaders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
  • Financial Acumen:Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Hospitality Expertise:Extensive experience in hotel operations across various departments, including front office, food & beverage, and sales.
  • Strategic Thinking:Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:Effective communication with guests, staff, and senior management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Customer Service Focus:Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving customer concerns.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Several years of senior management experience in a hotel environment, ideally within a multi-unit corporate structure
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving operational excellence and exceeding financial targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
