Mps is hiring for Corporate Development Analyst (Merger and Acquisitions) for Noida Location.
We are looking to hire an Analyst to support ongoing and upcoming work streams within our Corporate Development (Mergers & Acquisitions) function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in evaluating potential M&A opportunities, including financial modelling, industry research, and valuation analysis
• Support due diligence processes and preparation of investment memorandums
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and present business cases and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Key Requirements:
• MBA (preferably with a finance specialization)
• Strong skills in financial modelling and presentation
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate strategy
• Preferably with prior exposure to M&A processes, valuation techniques, and industry research
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
