Corporate Communications Specialist

As a proactive communicator spearheading strategic corporate communications and engagement, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to refine and execute the brand strategy. Emphasis on technical writing with Product & Technology teams, a thirst for knowledge, and drive to enhance engagement across multiple channels will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include: - Producing impactful communication assets such as newsletters, social media posts, website content, emailers, and presentations - Ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging to bolster business objectives - Crafting compelling brand narratives through case studies, blog posts, video scripts, and technical content - Overseeing coordination with designers, agencies, and vendors for prompt delivery of creative assets In terms of internal communications, you will: - Execute engaging internal campaigns and employee initiatives - Work closely with the HR team to guarantee clear, cohesive internal messaging - Reinforce company values and updates For social & digital communications, you will: - Strategize, create, and manage social media content - Cultivate thought leadership and enhance brand visibility among target audiences - Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven enhancements Regarding project & campaign management, you will: - Take the lead in the end-to-end execution of communication rollouts and integrated campaigns - Ensure alignment with goals, adherence to timelines, and cross-functional coordination - Maintain meticulous content calendars for proactive planning and consistent messaging The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential, along with attention to detail, organizational prowess, and multitasking ability. Experience with tools like MS Office, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is desired. Crafting technical content simplifying complex subjects while ensuring accuracy and clarity is key. A proactive, organized, adaptable, and solution-oriented team player will excel in this role. Minimum qualification required is graduation, and an MBA would be an added advantage.
