Corporate Communications Officer

Role Overview: As part of SCG's India team, you will play a crucial role in shaping SCG's voice through internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will include creating content, supporting campaigns and events, managing media and agency partnerships, and ensuring that messaging aligns with SCG's regional brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop various types of content such as announcements, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and executive messaging. - Oversee internal communication channels like newsletters, intranet, and townhall meetings to enhance employee engagement. - Assist in external communications by preparing press materials, coordinating with media, and creating campaign assets. - Collaborate with business leaders to highlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact. - Monitor media coverage and campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate performance reports and insights. - Ensure alignment with regional brand guidelines, and manage agencies and creative workflows effectively. - Provide assistance in handling issues and crisis communications as required. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; having a portfolio or writing samples would be advantageous. - Proficiency in writing, editing, storytelling, and coordinating with stakeholders. - Familiarity with digital tools, publishing platforms, and basics of analytics. - Recent graduates with strong writing skills and proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
