Job Description

  • ¦ Internal Communication: The CRO is responsible for in-house communication, ensuring that messages are clear, timely, and consistent across various channels.
  • They draft messages, check birthdays, and create special posters, fostering a positive and informed environment.
  • External Communication:Managing the main email domain, they handle website enquiries, respond to queries, and provide project details to potential residents or interested parties.
  • Handling booking confirmations, they send updated plans, payment schedules, and confirmation emails, maintaining transparency and clarity in resident transactions.

¦ Doubt Clarification and Follow-ups:

  • The CRO addresses doubts raised by residents or enquirers, ensuring that information is understood and issues are resolved promptly.
  • They manage follow-ups on various matters, ensuring that resident needs are met and inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Website and Digital Presence:They oversee the completion and updates of the company website, ensuring that it reflects accurate and up-to-date information.Acting as the Social Media Handler, they maintain the Bless's online presence, posting regular content and engaging with the audience. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect information required for preparing and finalizing legal documents and agreements.
  • * Draft, review, and process legal and administrative documents in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • * Facilitate the execution of agreements by ensuring proper approvals, signatures, and verification of terms.
  • * Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all executed documents, ensuring traceability and timely updates.
  • * Assist residents and external parties by clearly explaining procedures and resolving queries related to agreements or documentation.The role ensures that every agreement, record, and communication is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and legal compliance while supporting smooth coordination between residents, management, and various departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
