The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a positive brand image for the firm. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns professionally. Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients to ensure seamless communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Assist in public relations activities, including drafting communications, newsletters, and social media updates. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective client service. Maintain records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Prior experience in client coordination or public relations is preferred.
