Job Summary:

Corporate Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Communications & Branding

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with global brand objectives.
  • Craft press releases, newsletters, speeches, and executive communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints and regions.

2. International Client Communications

  • Manage communication plans tailored to global client portfolios.
  • Liaise with international stakeholders, partners, and PR agencies to strengthen brand visibility in key markets.
  • Understand cultural nuances to customize communication strategies per region.

3. Tradeshow & Event Management

  • Lead planning and execution of international tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Coordinate booth design, branding material, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Ensure pre-event marketing, on-site brand representation, and post-event follow-ups are executed effectively.
  • Develop event ROI reports and manage the event calendar.

4. Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global media outlets and trade publications.
  • Secure media coverage, interviews, and features during international tradeshows and product launches.
  • Manage crisis communication and reputation management when necessary.

5. Digital & Social Media Communication

  • Collaborate with digital teams to create global content campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation for website, social media, blogs, and digital platforms targeted at international audiences.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of international markets and cultural communication styles
  • Strong planning, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale trade events globally
  • High level of professionalism and stakeholder management skills
  • Media relations and press handling experience
  • Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, CMS, design collaboration, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on international markets and events
  • Experience in B2B industries (preferred: Pharma, Manufacturing, Technology, etc.)
